Plastic fiber
Unlike glass fiber, this synthetic fiber is unbreakable and easy to bend into a small radius. Also, no hazardous fragments will chip of while cutting.

Use extra sharpened knife to cut the fiber, using scissors will disadvantage it's light conducting capabilities.

Ideal for integrating light where there is no room for LED's, for example in dashboards or wingtips.
